Algorithmic challenges of wireless networks when serving Video traffic

The mobile phones first occupied their place in our pockets as tools for voice and SMS communication. Later the smartphones convinced people in advantages of mobile internet. Now it is the era of mobile video coming, when habits of millions include watching video via 4G network. In the talk I will try to introduce the video traffic of popular services as it is and, based on this picture, to discuss the algorithmic and data science challenges in serving video.
